this walkout basement in serenbe began as an empty concrete space that was transformed to a luxury apartment alongside the pond in serenbe. annie worked in collaboration with well made interiors on the build out and finishes of this unique space. the client’s time in jamaica inspired the textures that make the home special. her one-of-a-kind pieces are able to shine afront the bright architectural backdrop. the project features a custom-designed light fixture made from ostrich eggs, 300 year old pakistani doors, and murals by local artist morgan boszilkov.
