ANNIE JENKINS SMITH
STUDIO
Thoughtful architecture for meaningful living. Based in Serenbe, Georgia.we don't begin with a style. we begin with the life you want to live.THE APPROACH
Every remarkable home begins long before the floor plan.
Before we sketch a wall or choose a material, we spend time understanding the intention for how you want to live.
Together we imagine future mornings, family traditions, quiet evenings, celebrations, and the rhythms that will shape your everyday life.
The architecture becomes a response to that vision.
Selected Work
dogtrot house

a single story home tucked back on 5 acres of woods that reflects the nature in which it resides.
philosophyArchitecture isn't simply about creating beautiful rooms.
It's about shaping the backdrop for a meaningful life.
We draw inspiration from natural materials, classical proportion, and the landscapes that surround us — creating places that grow more beautiful with time.
About Annie
Hi, I'm Annie.
I founded the studio because I believe the best homes begin with listening. Before we talk about floor plans or finishes, I want to understand how you hope to live, what brings you peace, and what you want your home to make possible.
I believe a home should be one of the most meaningful places in your life.
That's why every project begins with conversation before sketches, curiosity before solutions, and a shared vision before drawings.
After nearly a decade designing residential and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast, I founded the studio to create homes that feel rooted in place, thoughtfully detailed, and deeply personal.
Let's begin with a conversation.
Every remarkable home begins with understanding the people who will live there—and the land they'll call home.
Whether you're building on a new property, renovating an existing home, or simply exploring what's possible, I'd love to hear your story.
If you've already found a property, I'm happy to meet you there for a complimentary site walk to discuss the land's opportunities, constraints, and design potential before we begin.
