Custom Homes
Annie guides residential projects from the earliest stages through construction. She begins with site evaluation, programming, and concept design, then developing the architecture through detailed construction documents, permitting, and coordination with builders and consultants. During construction, we remain involved to answer questions, review progress, and help ensure the original design vision is carried through.
Renovations and additions
Annie helps clients understand what is worth preserving and what needs to change. Our goal is for every addition to feel as though it has always belonged.
Site planning and feasibility
Complimentary site walks for clients considering purchasing land or planning a custom home or small development. We evaluate the lot’s potential—helping you understand its opportunities and constraints before making major decisions.
Small residential developments
We’re especially interested in multiple-home sites, boutique communities, and thoughtfully designed speculative homes. Annie approaches development through a place-based lens.
