Based in Serenbe, Georgia, Annie Jenkins Smith is a residential designer serving Chattahoochee Hills, Atlanta, Lake Oconee, and the surrounding region. The studio specializes in custom homes, renovations, site planning, and thoughtfully scaled residential development.

THE APPROACH

I founded the studio because I believe the best homes begin with listening. Before we talk about floor plans or finishes, I want to understand how you hope to live, what brings you peace, and what you want your home to make possible.

I believe a home should be one of the most meaningful places in your life.

That's why every project begins with conversation before sketches, curiosity before solutions, and a shared vision before drawings.

After nearly a decade designing residential and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast, I founded the studio to create homes that feel rooted in place, thoughtfully detailed, and deeply personal.
