While employed by arcollab, annie was a project architect on the adaptive reuse of this historic cotton gin into a brewpub. the metal shell of the original structure was kept in tact, while modern additions were created for back of house uses. everything from the light fixtures, furniture, and finishes were custom designed by the team. heart pine ends from a local mill were used to create a feature wall, calling back to the historic nature of the design while incorporating an industrial feel.
